mBuild Developers was founded in 2016 by Er. Pramod Balasaheb Jadhav with a singular vision — to bring world-class construction quality to the towns and villages of Maharashtra. Based in Kundal, Tal. Palus, Sangli, we have grown from a small contracting firm into a trusted name across Sangli, Satara, Kolhapur, and beyond.

Er. Pramod Jadhav completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering from Shivaji University with First Class distinction. With a deep-rooted connection to the Sangli region, he channeled his technical expertise and passion for quality construction into building mBuild Developers from the ground up.
Under his leadership, the firm has successfully delivered over 250 projects — from individual residences and commercial hotels to schools, temples, water parks, and government public buildings — earning recognition from clients, consultants, and government agencies alike.
His hands-on approach, emphasis on transparency, and commitment to on-time delivery have made mBuild one of the most trusted construction names in the Sangli-Satara-Kolhapur corridor.

Successfully delivered Asha World School — a G+2 RCC Frame structure of 15,000 Sq.Ft. worth ₹3.30 Cr, in collaboration with Vastu Architects, Pune.
2022Completed Viraj Water Park — 16,000 Sq.Ft. MS Frame structure with swimming pool, slides, and landscaping at ₹1.50 Cr.
2023Entrusted by Grampanchayat Nagrale and Executive Engineer ZP Sangli for Public Building and Kumbheshwar Mahadev Mandir projects.
2023–24Designed and constructed one of the region's first eco-friendly green buildings featuring Rohtak Dome, arches, and energy-efficient design.

The Grampanchayat Nagrale commissioned mBuild for our public building under ZP Sangli supervision. Despite the complexity of pile foundation work, mBuild delivered a G+1 structure of impeccable quality. Their coordination with the Executive Engineer's office was professional and seamless.
As the architect for the Residential Bunglow project at Kundal, I was consistently impressed by mBuild's ability to execute the design perfectly. Their understanding of sloping slab construction and attention to finishing details sets them apart from other contractors in the Sangli district.
The Kumbheshwar Mahadev Mandir trust placed immense faith in mBuild Developers. The 6,200 Sq.Ft. temple complex was completed with great devotion to detail and cultural sensitivity. The community is proud of this landmark and deeply appreciates mBuild's contribution to Kundal's heritage.
